1. Acceptance of Terms
By using LinkSkimmr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The service is available worldwide. We do not knowingly target children under 18; the service is age-agnostic.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. User Content
You may save links and related info ("User Content") to your private account. By submitting content you grant us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Uses
Do not use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to access the service without written permission. Do not disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.
6. Service Changes & Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g., Firebase, OpenAI, GitHub, Vercel, Twilio/SendGrid, Google Analytics, Squarespace). Your use of those components is subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: our total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of $100 or the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill).
10. Time Limit on Claims
Any claim you have must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
11. Dispute Resolution
We will attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Westchester County, New York, under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
